We offer a no-hassle warranty on all products sold through authorized Tri-City Marble Dealers, ensuring peace of mind for our customers. Our warranty covers manufacturing or material defects, provided the product has been installed according to our instructions. The warranty covers the product only and does not include costs for removal, installation, or any other associated expenses. Warranty coverage varies by product as follows:

Shower Systems

• Limited Lifetime Warranty: All shower systems include a lifetime warranty that guarantees NO leaks.

Tile-EZ Shower Pans

• Limited Lifetime Sustainable Warranty: Includes the only lifetime sustainable warranty in the market, allowing for removal and retiling on the pan for life, and a lifetime guarantee for NO leaks.

Vanity Tops

• Axelluna™ Vanity Tops: 10 years
• 3 CM Premium Quartz: 10 years
• Blended Stone Series: 5 years
• 2 CM and 1.5 CM Quartz, and all porcelain bowls: 1 year

Certification

Tri-City Marble products are designed to meet and exceed relevant industry standards for plumbing and construction codes. Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet high-quality benchmarks:

• ANSI Z124.1 / 124.2: Assesses water-tightness, design, finish, and structural integrity of both Standard and Custom Shower Pans.
• ANSI Z124.3: Evaluates workmanship, finish, structural integrity, wear and cleanability, colorfastness, ignition, resistance to staining, chemicals, cigarette burns, aging, and accelerated water temperature changes for vanity tops and walls made from Tri-City Marble composite blended stone materials, including Axelluna™ LW, cultured marble, cultured onyx, and cast granite series.
• ASTM G21: Tests fungus and bacteria resistance of manufactured composites used in shower applications. Results show no growth, achieving the highest performance rating.
• ANSI A118.4 / 118.11: Determines adhesive strength on Tile-EZ shower pans using approved Tile-EZ Thin-Set with low dust properties.
• ASME A112.18.2-2005 / CSA B125.2-05: Assesses load rating and water flow design of Tile-EZ Drain Connections.

Additional Factory Testing for Shower Pans

• Tile-EZ Thin-Set Bonding Strength: Up to 500 lbs psi with porcelain tiles
• Tile-EZ Seat Load Strength: Up to 1,000 lbs without failure
• Curb Load Strength: Up to 3,200 lbs per linear foot without failure
