Tri-City offers custom sizes in virtually any size and design along with a comprehensive choice of standard models to meet the needs in both new construction and renovation projects.

Standard Models

Tri-City offers the most popular size shower pans as standard models in both the Euro and Traditional shower collections.   With no grout on the floor, Tri-City Shower Pans are virtually maintenance free, easy to clean, impervious to moisture and mildew, and resistant to stains.

Euro Bath Collection – low profile 2-1/2” high x 3” wide curb as standard.  Integral flange design which is ideal for use with either tile walls or Tri-City panels.  Continuous textured, slip resistant design on its floors is sloped for proper water discharge during showering.

Wall panels are offered in both flat panel and subway 4×8 brick pattern design and are 3/8” thick.  All wall panels are crated for maximum protection during shipment, for easier handling in the field, and to provide support when storing panels properly in a vertical position.

You can choose either panel design with any of our standard shower packages in our Euro Bath or Traditional Bath Collection. with or without a bench seat, or you can create your own design utilizing our custom manufacturing capabilities.

Flat panels are available in one-piece up to 130” high x 74” wide.  Subway panels are available in one piece up to 103” high x 72” wide.

With no cementitious grout lines, Tri-City wall panels are easy to clean, impervious to mildew and moisture, and resistant to stains.

STANDARD MODELS (without seats)

Tri-City offers complete packages for most common shower and tub wall configurations.  Shower wall kits (SWK) can be purchased with or without a Tri-City shower base.   All packages come complete with full width panels, shampoo/soap storage niches, clear silicone adhesive/sealant, templates for recessed niche options, and step-by-step installation instructions.

Larger sized shampoo storage niches, foot shelves for shaving, inside corner moldings, and other trim accessories are available as optional items if needed.

HEIGHT OF PANELS

Tub wall kits.  Height of panels in Tri-City standard tub wall kits is 60 inches, with extension options up to 72 inches and up to 84 inches.

Shower wall kits.  Minimum height for panels is 72” when packaged with a shower pan in the Traditional Bath Collection.  Minimum height for panels is 74” when packaged with all standard pans offered in our Euro Bath Collection.  Three Incremental options for extending shower heights are available: up to 84 inches, up to 96 inches, and up to 108 inches in flat panels (up to 103” in Subway).

WIDTH OF SUBWAY PANELS.  Subway panels are manufactured in full width.  Each side panel will have a full brick pattern on each exposed side of the panel, with the inside of the panel to be trimmed accordingly in the field to line up with the full width back panel.

WIDTH OF FLAT PANELS.  Flat panels are manufactured in full width by default unless specified at time of order with a REDUCED WIDTH OPTION (RWO).

REDUCED WIDTH OPTION (RWO) for Panels … Unless specified otherwise, the width of panels will be full width in dimension.  Alternatively, if preferred to minimize trimming of the panels in the field, panels can be specified at time of order (RWO option) to be manufactured slightly smaller than the rough out (full-width) dimensions of the shower area by factoring in the ½” water resistant board used during installations along with a factor for easier installation with the adjoining wall material.

For example:   74” high x 60” wide back panel for an alcove application.

Full Width Version = 60” (width size of panel by default for manufacturing, unless specified otherwise with RWO below)

Reduce Width Option (RWO) 60” – ½” – ½” – ¼”= 58.75” reduced width for manufacturing.

Tri-City manufactures both custom and standard shower packages with bench seats.

The most popular designs are offered as Standard Bench Seat Packages and include an Open View Design, Front-Knee Wall Design, and a Privacy Front Wall Design.

All packages with bench seats include choice of a Tri-City shower pan (Euro or Traditional Style), wall surfaces, seat top, seat riser, supporting seat frame, shampoo/soap niche, and other items if applicable in the design, such as a door jamb, wall caps, and a ceiling panel.

All standard shower packages include choice of shampoo/soap storage niches from our Traditional Bath Collection.  By default, two recessed niches are included in the standard shower package: a Double Shampoo (DW-SHP) and a Soap Holder (Soap).    These can be replaced with one recessed Double-Wide Shampoo/Soap Combo (DW-Combo), or one surface mounted Corner Shampoo/Soap Caddy (Caddy), or two Corner 8” Pie Shelves (Shelf).

Larger, more spacious recessed shampoo storage niches are available in both the Euro and Traditional Bath collections as additional options.

Other accessories include a radius corner 18×18 seat with full height supports (CS) or radius seat with a hidden version in our Euro Design (Euro-CS), a toe tip, corner shelf, or ledge designed to support your toes while shaving (Tip), and various trim moldings to complete your shower installation. Included in all packages is a universal clear sealant/adhesive.  Due to the impracticality with the number of colors offered by Tri-City and the relative short life span for storage, for color matching or contrasting caulk that may be preferred in certain installations, these would be purchased directly through a local tile specialty store that offers a high-quality product in multiple color offerings.
